Minecraft 1.1 Released

Hello again.. Well we have a ‘proper’ release of Minecraft for you today (well last Thursday)

Jeb_: Was going to upload Minecraft 1.1, but first Bohemian Rhapsody singalong

Jeb tweeted the above along with this link;

Below is a list of some of the added features:

– Bow Enchantments
– Golden Apple recipe
– New language translations.
– Slightly smoothed color transitions between biomes
– Reduced brewing time to 20 seconds
– Added spawn eggs to creative (the colors of the eggs even look like the mobs)
– Added world type options (currently only super-flat and default)
– Removed collision box from ladders
– Sheep eat grass and regain their wool

Plus many bug fixes!

I know a lot of these features are already available in the Snapshots but it will be good to see them in an ‘Official Release’

The ability to spawn mobs is a really nice feature..

Well hello there! We have a new series for you!

A friend of the M1neTube Michael has made this epic Map in his Single-Player (With no cheats or spawning) It really is quite something.

He then decided to make it into an Adventure map so he could share it with you lot 😀

WoW! Just Wow! I found this amazing Studio Ghibli map by Oz Workshop and just had to try it out!

I tried to get them to spawn like this before but I had no luck.. Maybe I needed more lava.

Hello everyone,

M1neTube How-To is our first ‘proper’ series on the M1neTube channel, we will be working through the very basics of Minecraft (the sort of stuff I didn’t know when I first started, have you seen my first video?)
